When people from abroad come to Germany, they are often facing difficulties with language barriers or just day to day challenges (finding the right contact person/ authority, finding a house keeper, doctor, communicating to the land lord, authorities, the kindergarden, organizing a party etc.). Sometimes they only need a practical advise/ assistance from someone, who understands both worlds.
Our vision is to help Expats who arrived in Germany on all day to day administrative matters to make their life as easy as possible, so they can fully concentrate on job, family and private life and don't have to worry about paper work and other matters. We act like your family member, your friend, your consulatant, your partner...
We are not a typical expat service consultant!
We are not a typical expatriate service consulatant or agency as our service offering starts when you have your visa, arrived in Germany, have found your appartment and house and started working. Our offering goes much beyond: We support you on any smaller or bigger question/ ask you might have while your stay in Germany. This can be any question where you think: Isn't there someone who could do it for me - either because I feel uncomfortable doing it myself or simply I have no time to do it myself. What we don't offer: legal, tax or financial advise. But we can find the right consultant for you!

In priciple there is no limitation, what I could do for you.
Settling In
Once you found an appartment or a house, the real work starts: communicating with telecom company, insurance companies, cleaning service, kindergarden. There is so much to organize! We support you.
Finding Servicers
You need someone you is regulary bring your kids form A to B? You need some flowers for your partner or a cleaning service for your house? You need a cover band for your party? You want to transport your horse from A to B?
administrative Support
We support you and manage your home/ family. You want to invite pleanty of people to your party? We can do this for you? What ever paperwork needs to be done, we do it for you.
How much does it Cost me?
Basic
You only pay for the time we were working for you. Therefore a smaller request which takes less time to be done/ solved can costs from (excluding VAT)

Once you are convinced to use us more often going forward, you can buy hourly packages at a
15% discount
Premium
For recurring tasks which you want us to regularly perform or things where we simply identify a third party service and them just monitor, we apply a
prefered price
